Noise Measurements from Above

In cooperation with Geocom, we performed a test project where the goal was to see how sound can be recorded at different heights. Based on our several test flights, the results are positively encouraging. Future applications for the method can be industrial and community noise sources including roads, railways, and other traffic. Can this be the future for noise measurements in challenging locations?
