INTER-NOISE 2013

INTER-NOISE 2013, the 42nd International Congress and Exposition on Noise Control Engineering, was held this year in Innsbruck, Austria from 15-18 September. The theme of the congress was Noise Control for Quality of Life.

APL Systems presented its Aures noise surveillance system at the conference in Innsbruck.

Aures monitors constantly noise levels emitted by industrial activity at the heart of an urban area. The system provides detailed information on normal operating levels of the facility and alerts abnormal levels immediately. The system has been developed in cooperation with Wärtsilä Finland.
